Terms of Service

1The service

WzGate provides WzState, a platform for real-estate brokerages covering contact and deal management, property inventory, leasing, marketing attribution and related tooling. Which modules your workspace has depends on the bundle and modules set out in the order form or quote agreed with you.

We improve the product continuously. Features may be added or changed; where we remove something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

2Accounts and access

Each user needs their own account. Credentials are not to be shared, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Your workspace administrator controls who can join, what role each person holds, and what they can see. Removing a person from your organization ends their access.

3Your data stays yours

You keep all rights in the content you put into the platform. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, back up and display it so we can run the service for you.

You can export your data at any time during the term of your agreement, and for up to 90 days after it ends — the period within which, as the Privacy Policy states, content is deleted or anonymized after an account closes. See the Privacy Policy for what is retained beyond that.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe the rights of others, using the service.
• Upload content you have no right to upload, or malicious code.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or message anyone who has asked you to stop.
• Attempt to access another organization workspace, probe our systems, or circumvent limits and access controls.
• Resell or provide the service to a third party unless we have agreed to it in writing.

5Messaging you send through the product

The platform can send email and WhatsApp messages to your own contacts. You are the sender: you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, for honouring opt-outs promptly, and for complying with the rules of the channel — including the policies of WhatsApp and its template approval requirements.

We apply sending limits to protect deliverability for every customer on the platform, and we may suspend sending from an account that generates excessive bounces or complaints.

6Third-party integrations

When you connect an advertising, messaging or other third-party account, the terms of that provider continue to apply to it. We are not responsible for a third-party service changing, failing, or terminating your access to it.

7Fees and payment

WzState is provided in bundles, each on a quote. The fees, the payment terms, the scope — which bundle and which modules — and the term of the agreement are those set out in the order form or quote agreed for the bundle you chose.

Fees change only as that order form provides, or under a new quote agreed with you. Unless the order form or the law says otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

If an amount due is not paid, we may suspend the workspace after notice; content is retained during the suspension so nothing is lost by paying late.

8Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Any specific uptime commitment applies only if it is stated in your order form or another signed agreement with you.

9Suspension and termination

The agreement ends, and either party may terminate it, as provided in the order form agreed for your bundle.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the platform or other customers at risk, or that remains unpaid — with notice, except where an immediate suspension is needed to stop harm.

10Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to them.

12Changes to these terms

We will post any change here with a new effective date and notify account administrators in the product. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance.
